Why not a translation

English-language search is its own market

The competitors are different, the budgets are bigger, and Google is strict about natural language and expertise in English results. Translating your pages is not enough: the site has to be built around how native speakers in a specific country actually search.

So the work starts with the results in the country where you sell: who ranks, with which pages, in which formats. Then come a structure built on that demand, native-speaker copy, hreflang and links from English-language publications.

Our measurement

Why we research the country, not the language

0 of 10
US top-10 sites also rank in the UK, Canada and Australia for two physical-goods queries
0 of 10
for «project management software» in the UK, against 8 in Canada and 9 in Australia
20
Google results pages: five queries in four countries, 23 October 2026

Ask how a buyer in the UK or Australia searches and most teams answer with their US keyword list. We checked how far that list gets you: five commercial queries, from CRM software to stainless steel shelving, and the Google top 10 in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia, all in English, on the same day.

Same query, different winners: how much of the US top 10 repeats abroad

For software, the US top 10 is a fair guide to Canada and Australia, but not always to the UK: for «project management software» not one of the ten US sites ranks in the UK top 10. For physical goods it is no guide at all. For «commercial kitchen equipment» and «stainless steel shelving» each of the three countries has its own ten: local suppliers, local marketplaces and local words, such as «catering equipment» in the UK.

That is why our work starts with the results in the country where you sell, not with a translation. The same approach took a US YMYL blog from 100,000 to 700,000 visitors a month in six months and brought lectus24.pl to 245,257 visits a month in Poland.

What we do

Four things that decide growth in English-speaking markets

SERP research for your target country

Results in the US, the UK and for global .com queries differ: other competitors, other page types in the top ten. We collect demand and break down the SERP of the exact country where you want to sell.

Structure and content built on native demand

We build pages around how native speakers search, not around translated keywords. Google is strict about natural language in English results, so key pages should be written by a native speaker.

Technical base and localization

hreflang, separate URLs per market, currencies and units, structured data. On BeCoin.net that means 57,070 hreflang links across 44 languages and zero validation errors.

Authority through links and PR

We earn links through outreach on relevant English-language publications, once structure and content are ready: links to weak pages burn budget.

Pricing

English-language SEO, priced for the whole complex

Market research, structure, native-speaker copy, technical work and links in one monthly fee. A contract in US dollars with an NDA, and you can stop in any month.

Best fit

When English-language SEO pays back fastest

A SaaS or digital product moves to .com

The product is ready, but you have no English search demand yet. You need a structure built on the queries and comparisons your future customers type.

An English-language site has dropped

Like our Panda case: traffic fell to almost zero, we found the cause, a native speaker rewrote six key pages, and the site recovered in 17 days.

The site needs adaptation, not translation

Translation keeps your wording, while people in another country search differently. We adapt structure, examples and commercial blocks to the market.

Ecommerce is entering new countries

For lectus24.pl we grew the catalogue from 70 to 170 categories built on Polish queries. The same approach works in English-speaking markets.

Process

How a market entry runs

01

Market and competitors

We review the target country's SERP, competitors and their link profiles. You get a demand map and an honest read of where you start.

02

Structure and semantics

We cluster queries and decide which pages to create, rework or merge.

03

Content and technical work

We prepare or adapt copy and set up hreflang, structured data and indexation.

04

Authority and measurement

We add links and PR and track rankings and traffic by country. Reports come monthly.

Proof

Results you can verify

FAQ

Questions before kickoff

Can we just translate the site?

Translation is a starting point, not a result. Native speakers search with different words, and competition in English results is tougher. Usually some pages get rewritten and some are built from scratch.

Who writes the English copy?

It can be your team: we provide the structure and a brief for every page. We can also take content on, as in the Panda case, where a native speaker wrote six key pages.

When will we see results?

It depends on the niche and the starting point; we give a forecast after the SERP review. Technical and content issues sometimes pay off fast, like the 17-day Panda recovery, while authority growth through links takes months.

Do you work with companies outside Ukraine?

Yes. International clients get a separate contract in US dollars with an NDA. Billing is monthly and prepaid, and you can stop in any month with notice.

Do you guarantee top rankings?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee position one or a stable top ten. Instead of a guarantee you get month-by-month work: each month you see the report and decide whether to continue.
