Why I built it
When I vet a donor page before buying a link, or review the internal linking of an article, I need one thing: every link as a list. Not in the source, not through an extension — a table with anchors and attributes.
What to check first
- External links and nofollow. If the donor page has 80 outbound links, yours gets crumbs of equity.
- Empty anchors. Images without alt and empty links give Google no hint about the target.
- http:// on an https site. Every click goes through a redirect.
- Link zone. A link in the content carries more weight than one in the menu or footer.
