SaaS SEO measured in trials and MRR, not in sessions
Use-case pages, template libraries, free tools and comparison pages that bring signups beyond your brand name, plus the technical work an app needs and reporting tied to trials and revenue.

Why SaaS teams come to us
The blog grows, the trials do not
Most SaaS sites we audit have the same picture: a content calendar that brings visitors to articles, and a product that nobody reaches from search. Traffic charts go up; signups from non-brand search stay flat.
We start from the other end: which queries lead to a trial in your category, and which page type wins them — a use-case page, a template, a free tool or a comparison. Articles come where they actually feed the product.
Our research
We measured twelve US SaaS products
34%
median share of the homepage, mostly brand searches
≈3%

25%
templates and free tools at Typeform; 14% at Hotjar, 13% at Airtable
SaaS search is a small market with expensive clicks. «saas seo services» gets about 390 searches a month in the US and a click on it costs $23.92; «b2b saas seo agency» costs $27. The buyers on the other side of those queries have usually been burned once already, by a retainer that produced a blog full of top-of-funnel posts and no trials.
So before writing this page we checked where SaaS companies’ search traffic actually lands. We took twelve well-known US SaaS products, from Calendly and Loom to Pipedrive and Zapier, pulled the top 1,000 pages of each from SE Ranking’s US database and sorted every page by type.

Source: SE Ranking, US database, estimated organic traffic of the top 1,000 pages per domain, October 2026. Pages sorted into types by URL. Estimates, not analytics: brand searches land on the homepage, and long-tail programmatic pages are undercounted.
Three things stand out. The homepage is the largest single source for most of them, a median of 34%, and that is people searching the brand, not the result of SEO work. Pricing, comparison and integration pages together bring a median of about 3%: they convert, but they do not bring volume. And the pages that do bring volume beyond the brand are templates, free tools and feature pages: 25% at Typeform, 14% at Hotjar, 13% at Airtable, 16–22% for feature pages at Loom and ClickUp. The blog is the biggest line at Zapier and Pipedrive, but there a single post about ChatGPT carries most of it, which is traffic, not pipeline.
That is the shape of the work we do for SaaS: product pages and template libraries first, comparison pages for conversion, the blog where it actually feeds trials.
What we build
Six workstreams of SaaS SEO
Not all six start in the first month. A product-led company starts with templates and use-case pages, a sales-led one with comparisons and the pages your sales team sends after a demo.
Product
Use-case and feature pages
Pages built around the jobs buyers search for and «for [role or industry]» pages. They rank on problem-led queries and send traffic straight to a signup.
Volume
Templates and free tools
Template libraries, calculators, generators, checkers. In our sample of twelve US SaaS products, the largest non-brand source of traffic.
Conversion
Comparisons and integrations
«Alternatives», «versus» and «switching from» pages, integration pages with real use cases. Small volume, highest intent.
Technical
Technical SEO for an app
JavaScript rendering, the line between marketing site and app routes, help centre and docs indexing, language versions.
AI search
Visibility in AI answers
The sources ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews cite for your category: review sites, comparisons, Reddit threads.
Data
Attribution to trials and MRR
Signups, demos and paid conversions traced to the landing page. Sessions and positions are inputs, not results.
From our portfolio
Our SaaS work
Every figure is from SE Ranking’s public data or our own Search Console, so you can check it. Where a number is not ours, we say so.
of AI Lawyer’s ~27,000 US visits a month land on template pages. A short engagement in 2026: we do not claim this number, we show it as the clearest example of templates at work
Pricing
SaaS SEO, priced for the whole complex
Product and template pages, comparisons, technical work, links and reporting in one monthly fee, not a list of separate services.
Ukraine
Products selling in Ukraine, or starting abroad with one market.

Your project is led by practitioners, not layers of account managers
SEOquick keeps strategy close to the people doing the work: Nikolay leads SEO growth and quality control, while Anatolii strengthens projects with AI, GEO, and analytics. You see the reasoning, not just a task list.

Our published rates are $2,000–5,000 a month on English-speaking markets and $1,000–2,500 in Ukraine, for the whole complex. For larger programmes we assemble a dedicated team and the budget follows the scope. US agencies that publish SaaS prices start at a median of $5,000 a month.
How long until results?
We review results in 3–6 month cycles. The useful milestone is the first trials from non-brand search, which is why attribution is set up at the start.
Do we need a blog?
Not first. In our sample the blog brings traffic, but templates, free tools and use-case pages sit closer to a signup. A blog makes sense where articles feed trials; otherwise it is traffic, not pipeline.
PLG or sales-led — does it change the work?
Yes. A product-led company starts with templates, tools and use-case pages; a sales-led one with comparisons, alternatives and the pages sales sends after a demo.
Can you handle a large programme?
Yes. For larger programmes we assemble a team around the project, and the budget is set by the scope of work rather than by our price list.
You are based in Ukraine. Do you work with US companies?
Yes. We have paid projects in the US, Canada, Poland, Latvia, Greece and Cyprus, and the person doing the work is on the calls.
