Starting point: what we had before the work
P.L. Property Gallery Developers & Constructors Ltd. is a leading Cyprus developer. The company offers residential and commercial property in sought-after areas (Pissouri, Platres, Limassol and others).

The niche: overseas premium real estate in Cyprus — a competitive international market with a long deal cycle and high cost per lead. The audience is partly English-speaking, partly foreign buyers, so one channel isn't enough: it needs an SEO + PPC + social bundle.
The company came to us after switching from its previous SEO studio: it was seeking new growth points and moving away from templated methods that had stopped working. At the start, site traffic was around 4,000 users a day.
The project's main challenge
The difficulty lay in a combination of factors: an overseas premium market with expensive lots and a long decision cycle, plus the need to move away from the templated methods on which the project had 'stalled' with the previous contractor.
