A service chosen with the heart
Dobro Lyudyam is a caregiver-matching agency: care for the elderly and temporarily incapacitated. The promotion focuses on Ukraine's major cities (Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv) with later expansion and a prospect of entering the EU. The project started in December 2023.
This is a sensitive, near-YMYL topic: it's not cost-per-click that decides but trust and a clear choice. Every page must be honest, useful and not confuse the user.
Similar pages and a dated interface
The key and most problematic task was a UX redesign of several outdated elements. In parallel, we had to fix very similar pages: they barely differed in content — which got in the way of both people and search engines.
The goal — make pages unique and useful, tidy the interface and build trust through the right links.
Uniqueness, UX and reputation
We worked three directions at once: content (uniqueness and usefulness), interface (UX redesign) and trust (PR and topical links).
Page de-duplication
Reworked close-in-meaning pages so each became standalone and useful.
Content cleanup
Removed unnecessary, repetitive text and tidied page structure.
UX redesign
Refreshed outdated interface elements — the project's main problem area.
PR & article links
Bet on PR and articles about choosing a caregiver, plus directories and catalogs.
+50% commercial traffic
The comprehensive work delivered: in 8 months commercial-keyword traffic grew 50%, the project stays in active promotion and expands its geography.
Today, per Serpstat, the site holds 39,517 keywords in Google and ranks top-2–4 for care queries. And 1,478 of the service's queries already appear in Google AI answers.
